Review: Playtex Sport

I received a box of Playtex Sport tampons with my Influentser GoVoxBox. There are a couple of things that I should probably tell you before I review this product:

1. Because I have an Implanon birth control stick in my arm, I don't usually have a period, and when I do, it's very light.

2. I generally don't approve of scented tampons because I don't believe that my (or anyone's) lady garden has an unpleasant odor, period or not.

Moving on:

As it happens, I was having a sort of period right at the time I received this box, so that was lucky, since it could be months and months until the next one.

I've had some bad luck with tampons being uncomfortable in the past. These seem to be a bit of an exception, since they expand in sort of a circular motion instead of lengthwise. For some reason this seems to be a difficult thing to make other tampon companies understand. My lady bits don't suddenly become extra long when I'm having my period.

I mentioned some concern about the scent, and really, it was mild, and I didn't actually notice it. My primary concern with a "deodorant" tampon was that it would cause a yeast infection, but it didn't and all was well.

As I said, I'm not really the best test subject for this sort of thing, but overall, it's a product that I would use again.
